In compliance with OMB Memorandum M-15-13 requiring secure connections across Federal websites and web services, the U.S. International Trade Commission uses Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) to encrypt information during transmission on all of its public web connections to provide strong privacy and integrity protection for our users.  On February 18, 2016, we strengthened those connections by enforcing the use of encryption protocol Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.0 or higher.  This level of security is not supported on older versions of some web browsers, in particular Internet Explorer 6.0.  Please review the list below and ensure you are running at least the minimum version listed for your preferred browser to avoid any inability to reach USITC websites.  We provide further recommendations on minimum browser requirements to comply with additional security features which may be enabled in the near future.  It is considered best practice to stay current on the most recent major version of your browser to take advantage of the most recent security features available.
