USITC Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS) Results

The USITC is a dynamic and mission-driven agency with excellent scores on employee engagement and satisfaction. During the last five years, the USITC has maintained its engagement score at over 75 points, among the top half of federal agencies. The USITC has the highest response rate among agencies over 100 employees in the government on the FEVS (92%), so we know our agency scores accurately reflect employee views

The Commission views employee engagement and satisfaction as critical to mission accomplishment. Each year, the USITC conducts an analysis of the results of the Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey and uses those results to make the Commission more efficient and effective at accomplishing its mission.
