Complaints of fraudulent activity, waste of resources, or abuse of authority can be made by Commission employees or members of the general public by using the form below.
Complaints made to the Office of Inspector General can be done anonymously, however; choosing to remain anonymous can hinder the Office of Inspector General's ability to fully investigate potential misconduct. When a complainant chooses to identify themselves, the Office of Inspector General will not disclose the identity of the person providing information without their consent unless the Inspector General determines disclosure is unavoidable during the course of an investigation.
Complaints can also be made in person, over the telephone/fax, or via the postal service.
