The USITC has now posted its publication concerning the tariff changes under the U.S.-Colombia Trade Promotion Agreement (TPA), which will enter into force (take effect) on May 15, 2012.

As with any free trade agreement, the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS) will be modified to reflect the tariff changes negotiated under the agreement. The USITC publication details the tariff changes that will result from the U.S.-Colombia Trade Promotion Agreement.

The publication is posted on the FTA Proclamation Annex page. The HTS on the USITC website will also updated (as Revision 2 (or Rev. 2)) on or before May 15 to reflect the implementation of the agreement.
